Have you all heard about Susan G. Komen for the Cure pulling their funding from Planned Parenthood?

I support Planned Parenthood not only because they provide screenings for breast & cervical cancer, prenatal care, and other health services to low-income women, but also because they provide abortions. I want abortions to be legal, safe, and available to women who need or want them. I don’t want to downplay that part. Susan G. Komen for the Cure has been very hypocritical by defunding this org that prevents cancer through early detection. And I recommend looking into Komen’s denial that BPA’s cause cancer (smell that corporate sponsorship?): http://motherjones.com/environment/2011/09/breast-cancer-komen-bpa
